How we work
We first look at the condition of the lawn: moss, shade, moisture, type of soil. A lawn overrun with moss under trees is not treated in the same way as a lawn scorched in full sun. We then suggest suitable care, as a one-off or throughout the year.
The right time
Scarifying and overseeding are done in spring, from March to May, or in early autumn. Mowing usually starts in March or April and stops around November, depending on the weather.
Frequently asked questions
How often should a lawn be mown?
In high season, about once a week. In spring and autumn, every two to three weeks is often enough.
Why is there moss in my lawn?
Moss thrives in shade, damp and compacted or acidic soil. Scarifying removes it, but the cause also needs to be corrected so it does not come back.
Seed, turf or artificial grass?
Turf gives an instant result, while seed is more economical and takes a few weeks. Artificial grass needs no mowing or watering: it suits heavily shaded or high-traffic areas.
