How we work
After a first visit, we agree a schedule of visits together: every week in high season, every month, or only at key times of the year. You know in advance when we are coming and what we will do.
The right time
The busy season runs from April to October, when the lawn is growing and hedges need trimming. In winter, visits are less frequent and focus mainly on tidying up, tree pruning and getting ready for spring.

Do I need to be there during visits?
No, the garden just needs to be accessible. Access arrangements are agreed together during the first visit.
How does a maintenance contract work?
It sets out the frequency of visits, the work included and the duration. All the terms are clearly explained to you before signing.
Do you do one-off visits?
Yes. A tidy-up before a sale, an event or after a long absence is entirely possible.
